How are the prices calculated ?

Our prices for content feeds are based on subscriptions. They are calculated on the number of players.

For how many screens can I use my purchased license ?

A single media player license provides a license to display the content on up to 4 screens powered by the same media player, or a single screen no larger than 160”. When a single media player displays the content on more than 4 screens, a license is required for every other screen that media player displays the content.

What is the minimum subscription period ?

Our minimum subscription period is one month.

How can I test if the content will run on my network ?

You can download an example xml and a flash template in our ‘How it works’ section. If the .swf and the content works on your system, all content will work.

Are there any hidden fees ?

No, all costs are clearly outlined in your cart. Nothing else will be added.

What is the difference if I pay by credit card or by bank wire ?

It is mainly a question of timing, if you pay by credit card, the content is directly available. If you pay by bankwire, it will be available when we received the payment on our bank account

How is the content delivered ?

Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you and to deliver you in an automated way, so that no manual processes will be necessary. Please visit the format and delivery chapter in our website.

Can BlueFox also deliver in other formats than proposed on the website ?

Yes we can, please let us know your needs and write an email at customersevice@bluefox.fr. Additional fees for special formats may apply.

Why should I buy content when I can have it for free on the internet ?

The big majority of contents you may find on the internet such as weather forecasts, RSS news, traffic information and so on are for private use only. If you show them on your public network this is an act of piracy. Very high penalties are applied for piracy. On the contrary, all content that BlueFox provides is rights-cleared; you can show them on your network as long as it is not in front of an audience that pays for it

I do not know what to show on my screens, can you help me with a communication strategy ?

With pleasure. Our content experts can help you to reach your communication aims by bringing eye-catching content on your screens; content that fits perfectly to your audience and makes them watch the screens. Just contact us via the contact form and we will come back to you.

I need technical assistance to install the content on my system, can you help me ?

Our support team is there to help you, by phone, email or in person. Our prices for technical assistance are 80€/hour (550€/day, excluding travel costs). If you need technical assistance please email to support@bluefox.fr , describe your issue and we will come back to you with an estimation of costs.

The content I'm looking for is not on your website. Should I contact you ?

Yes, please. The contact in the webshop is only a part of the content we have access to. If you are looking for a specific content that you can’t find here, please send us an email via our contact form and tell us what you are looking for. We will come back to you shortly.

My player is only reading video, can I still run BlueFox content ?

Yes you can. We can provide you a delivery in video with the update frequency you desire. Complementary costs apply. For cost estimation please email us via the contact form.

The xml format that you deliver doesn't fit to my needs. Can you change it ?

Yes, we can customize the format and also the inner structure of the xmls. For the delivery of customized xmls extra fees according to the complexity of your demand may apply.
